Philosophy and Theory in Design: "Hull" Edition
The load is distributed across the entire joint area! The strength lasts for 10 to 20 years of use.
We would like to introduce the philosophy and theory behind the design of the "hull" of our company's boats. Through various tests, including tests conducted at industrial testing facilities, we have demonstrated that our hulls possess the strength to withstand pulling tests exceeding 3 tons. By using the same FRP material as the hull throughout the entire joint cross-section and significantly reinforcing the joint area compared to the average strength of the hull itself, we achieve overwhelming strength and durability. The hull section that supports the floats incorporates structures and theories that were being researched and developed at the time for aircraft and racing cars, which are applied to the hull reinforcement areas. 【Features】 ■ The boat body is produced in-house with a consistent process. ■ A thorough commitment to using top-quality materials from around the world. ■ A special reinforcement structure theory for the hull areas where the floats are attached. ■ Designed to ensure the entire bottom of the boat is flat. ■ The bow section is rounded, adopting a wide-bottomed hull structure. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
